A. Everyone should have a safe space where they can talk their stuff out. Psychologists have proven that journalling about what's facing us in life diffuses our brain's fight or flight response and significantly reduces anxiety & stress

A. Each day you receive a fresh prompt to explore a new journalling topic. After your initial response you'll be guided through an interactive conversation to explore your thoughts, feelings, and ideas. You can journal about this prompt as many times as you like each day, to help you understand your own thoughts, emotions & dreams from different angles
